When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we verify your order, process, then we ship.
Orders are picked and packed within 1 business day of receiving your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Where do you ship to?
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via letschat@dimplecolor.co. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
You have 60 minutes after placing your order to edit your details either through the link in your order confirmation email or through your account. If you have surpassed the 60 minute editing time limit, please email letschat@dimplecolor.co as soon as possible.
Duties & Taxes Not Included
International orders shipped outside of Australia with DHL may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer. Please check your local country requirements for import duties and taxes before placing an order. Orders that are rejected due to not paying import duties and taxes will not be refunded.
